Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

As a general rule, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. However, if preservation is required by applicable laws, the company retains member information for a specified period as outlined below:

Retention Period:
Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscriptions: 5 years (Consumer Protection Act in E-Commerce)
Payment and supply of goods and services: 5 years (Consumer Protection Act in E-Commerce)
Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Consumer Protection Act in E-Commerce)



Article 4 (Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information)

The company, as a general rule, destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. The destruction procedures and methods are as follows:
Destruction Procedures
Information provided during membership registration or other purposes is transferred to a separate database (or a separate physical storage area for paper documents) after the purpose is achieved.
It is retained for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant legal requirements (refer to retention and use period) before being destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for purposes other than those prescribed by law.

Destruction Methods
Personal information stored in electronic file formats is permanently deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible.



Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information)

As a general rule, the company does not disclose users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:When the user has given prior consentWhen required by law or for investigative purposes in accordance with the legal process.

To withdraw consent or cancel membership, use the "Withdraw Membership" section and complete the identity verification process.Alternatively, users may contact the Privacy Manager via phone, email, or in writing to request changes.If a correction is requested, the personal information will not be used or disclosed until the correction is completed. If incorrect information has already been shared with a third party, the third party will be notified promptly.Information deleted or deactivated upon user request is handled in accordance with retention policies and will not be accessed or used for any other purposes.
